Frank Tinsley

There are few artists out there like Frank Tinsley. This guy was so forward-thinking; he just did not give a single solitary shit. Just look at some of the high-concept thinking going on here in some of his editorial work - it's amazing. Frank Tinsley is the honey badger of the 1950s science fiction editorial.

I love the "coffee percolator" airlock and the mini-tank with "la cucharacha" written on the side. We are way overdue for satellite guided heli-vehicles.
