The Bitmap Brothers were a hugely influential games developer back in the early 90s, and if it wasn't for a little game called "Command and Conquer" that came out a few months earlier, "Z" would have been a huge game. As it happens, history has left it sat on a bench at the side of the field, but when it was released I saw the FMV playing on a screen in HMV and it immediately shot to the top of my list. It's hard to fathom now but back in 1996 these graphics looked amazing. It still has a bunch of die-hard fans and Digital Publisher Kavcom have released a version on iOS, so you can pay it on the iPad. There's also an open source remake available if you fancy it. I love watching vintage CG.
