Hello there, I just wanted to add a quick note to say that it's been a little while since my last update. I'm looking at getting some new work together to drop up soon as I've been really busy, it's just that a lot of it's sensitive stuff that I can't show yet. News - Moon

I am proud to host the first images of the forthcoming feature film "Moon" Directed by Duncan Z.H. Jones and starring Sam Rockwell and Kevin Spacey. On this project, I was contracted to complete a large amount of art support spanning many different disciplines. My primary roles are that of Chief Production Concept Artist and Visual Effects Supervisor.
In my portfolio section (navigation - top right corner of page), you can see some of the aspects of work I completed for the project. These include Set Design, Vehicle Design and Character (Robot) Design. Other work included Graphic Design, Motion Graphics (Monitor Playback Sequences), Primary Digital Matte Painting Work and Animatics.
With the film currently in Post-Production and a release date set around the beginning of Q2 2009, Sci-Fi, Sam Rockwell and Kevin Spacey fans have got a real treat to look forwards to.


News - Moon

So what's been keeping me so busy this last year? It's still too early for a full announcement, but under the banner of Think Tank Studios, I've been working with my friends at Liberty Films on the forthcoming feature film "Moon", starring Sam Rockwell and Directed by up & coming director Duncan Jones. My primary roles are that of leading the Production Concept Art Department and also Visual Effects Supervisior, in collaboration with Soho based VFX facility Cinesite. In addition to this, I also completed the Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animatics, Matte Painting Blockouts, as well as numerous other services.

I'll keep you posted for when I can show you some more of "Moon".


News - TV Ad

Think Tank Studios completed a C.G. job for Liberty Films new C2 brand lager which is a part of BMB agencys' Carling campaign. We were comissioned to create a bar full of assorted beaten-up factory robots with a range of personalities and characteristics. Working from an agency script, this 30 second TV spot was completed over a seven week period. My role on this job covered everything from VFX supervision on the shoot to leading the concept and CG build team.
